The true exception The lesson I learned today: If you want to try and live your life in an honest manner, maintaining integrity, and obeying the law, life will take every opportunity to bend you over and make you pay for it every single day.The true exception by ~NeuralRiptide
I chose to try and live a "moral life" back when I was young. Because I believed the lies that money doesn't buy happiness, that cheaters never prosper, that those who live their lives driven by malice, hate, and evil are "never happy".
It is clear now, to me, that it is not the evil who are the exceptions. They are the rule, and it is those who are "good" who are the aberrations.
